Choose YOUR Yoga Style

Hatha   "Ha" Sun, "Tha" Moon
Hatha Yoga is for everyone.
This style of yoga was introduced in 15th Century India, by a yogi named Swatmarama. This style of yoga is the most popular one found around the world. From Hatha Yoga several other styles of Yoga have emerged including: Iyengar, Bikram, Ashtanga VInyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Kundalini, Power, among many others.
Hatha Yoga is based around the Sun Salutation Surya Namaskar, a series of 12 poses done in a particular flowing sequence.
Hatha Yoga strikes the perfect balance of strengthening and stretching.  It is a great option for the beginner as well as the advanced yogi as it allows one to build a strong foundation for their yoga practice.
Hatha Yoga will leave your body and mind feeling balanced.
All you need to bring is an open mind

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is essentially Hatha Yoga with the assistance of a chair.
Chair Yoga was created for those who have limited mobility, the elderly, those with an injury or those with a disability.
Chair Yoga uses the assistance of a chair to eliminating the fear of falling, relieving pressure from the joints, and allowing the Yogi to control the intensity of each pose.
By attending this class you will increase your balance, strength, flexibility and mobility of the joints. You will alleviate joint pain from arthritis, and strengthen your core to alleviate back pain.
Chair Yoga will leave you feeling relaxed and calm.
All you need to bring is an open mind.

Warm Yoga
Warm Yoga is performed in a studio heated to 34°C-37°C.  Poses traditionally taught in the Bikram Hot Yoga series have been modified by Carmen Fisher, founder of the Zen Zone and presented in a new way. This style of Yoga is perfect for those who don't mind getting sweaty and who are wanting to get a great workout while increasing their flexibility.
Warm Yoga will leave you feeling fresh and detoxified (after a shower of course).
Be sure to bring a mat, a towel, lots of water, and a change of clothes.

Warm Tanga Yoga
Warm Tanga Yoga is performed in a studio heated to 34°C-37°C. The series is based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa primary series and has been modified by Shawna Burch. This style of yoga is for those who enjoy a fast-paced flowing series. It is very energetic and is a great full body work out. Expect to sweat and work on your upper body strength.
In this series we introduce you to inversions and are continuously challenging you with new poses, progressing you through the primary series.
Warm Tanga will leave you feeling confident, strong and detoxified.
Be sure to bring a mat, a towel, lots of water and a change of clothes.
